That’s why we’re delighted to introduce Live Chat support to, so you can get expert dry cleaning advice and speak directly to our Customer Care team through the website. All you have to do is click that little blue box in the corner of your screen!

Using Live Chat you’ll be instantly connected to our Customer Care team, who can clear up any confusion about your order and help ensure everything goes smoothly. Ordering online? Customer Care can even walk you through the entire process and make sure you get the answers you need.

Live Chat isn’t yet available around the clock, but in the rare event that you need us outside of normal hours then you can still use Live Chat to leave us a message. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible, just like we do over Twitter, Facebook and email.

If you’re a Laundrapp regular then you may have noticed we’ve been testing Live Chat support for the last week to make sure everything will run smoothly. We’ve really enjoyed answering your questions, which have ranged from the mundane (“Do you do dry cleaning?”) to the enjoyably contentious (“Can you remind Zipjet I exist?”) – and we’re excited to see how else we can help in the future!
