Laundrapp, the market leader in on-demand laundry and dry cleaning, announced today it will be launching in Liverpool on Friday – it’s 100th new location since launching in London just 18 months ago.
As one of the UK’s fastest growing early-stage start-ups, Laundrapp has enjoyed explosive expansion and launched in a new town or city every week. The revolutionary laundry and dry cleaning start-up, often recognised as the ‘Uber of Dry Cleaning’, now operates across 100 locations, including London, Bristol, Manchester, Edinburgh, Sheffield and more.
Laundrapp’s continuing expansion is a benchmark for other disruptive start-ups across the UK, especially as Laundrapp continues to expand and revolutionise how the UK approaches laundry and dry cleaning.
“I think it’s fair to say even we have been surprised by the growth of Laundrapp,” said Ed Relf, Laundrapp co-founder and CEO. “We always knew the idea of on-demand laundry and dry cleaning was very compelling, but we’ve been overwhelmed by the support from customers. Switching live our hundredth location is a great benchmark for the business.”
Laundrapp, which has been repeatedly featured on the Apple App Store since launch, has been downloaded over 200,000 times and cleans a garment every 10 seconds. Laundrapp is also available as a free download on Android and Amazon devices, as well desktop.
