You may remember a few months ago, back in February, we introduced live chat for the Laundrapp website. It was a bold move, but we looked forward to being able to deliver better and faster customer care than ever before – and we weren’t disappointed!
Fast forward to today and we’re prepared to be even bolder, by introducing in-app live chat so that you can ask questions of our customer care team more easily than ever before. All you need to do is download the latest Laundrapp update for Android and iOS to get access to in-app live chat support whenever you want.
Of course, none of our usual customer care options are going anywhere. You can still phone, email, message, tweet and live chat to us through the website – but now you can chat to us through the app too.
We’ve answered all sorts of questions through live chat in the last few months and we’re continually delighted to speak to our customers and help them discover a simple dry cleaning solution near them. The questions have been bizarre and even worrying at times (“Can you remove stains from blood-soaked clothes?” is one we get eerily often), but we’re always happy to help.
So, why not give in-app live chat a go? All you need to do is download the latest version of the app, then head to the My Account page and tap ‘Contact Us’. You can ask us anything you want or, in the rare event that we’re not immediately available, leave us a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
